We want you to love your Sow Rio pieces! 🤍
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or any other signs of wear
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear. For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or shows any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your item(s).
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sowrio@sowrio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to make it right.
